began working as an internal coach in 1985 and became
formally certified as an Executive Coach in 1999. She
has 12 years experience serving as a Director of Human
Resources for both Fortune 200 and privately held
companies, and seven years in HR consulting. Her strategic background has fortified her coaching knowledge
and intuition. Leaders seek (and often can’t find) the kind of support needed for exploring and re-examining their business assumptions in today’s competitive market. Working with a strong coach is a valuable leadership development tool and opportunity. Timi coaches nationwide, and assists her clients to grow and succeed. Historically, her clients are outside sales managers, department heads, supervisors, general managers, sales professionals and entrepreneurs in various industries. Additionally,
Timi works with select clients as a Career Coach and
assists them to discover and experience higher levels of
job satisfaction. Timi has a Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University in an interdisciplinary degree (Psychology/Sociology/Consumer Sciences), and is certified in Creative Problem Solving (20+ years) and Community Mediation (15+ years). At the root of her professional coach training is the premise that a client’s words, thoughts and beliefs define their current behavior, and that each client can be coached to grow professionally. As
a certified consultant in Virtual CEO products, Timi
assists companies to find true alignment and strategic
purpose through a focused two- to three-day
organizational assessment that leads to valuable group
dialog and a concrete action plan.
